WHAT IS SEND IT ON?

SEND IT ON is a rising leader in local and international development. We host an international mentorship program that connects youth from around the world to mentors. We also conduct policy analysis to better understand intergenerational and socio-political impacts to enhance cultural sensitivity and diversity.

SEND IT ON’s mission in partnership with global communities is to empower youth through mentorship, engagement, and personal development, in keeping with the community’s cultural practices.

How does SEND IT ON create change?

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT ON A LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL DISTRIBUTION POLICY ANALYSIS
SEND IT ON holds virtual personal development webinars for volunteers 17 and above in which topics such as the secrets of mental toughness, how to develop a growth mindset, high performance habits, and future oriented outlooks are discussed. These webinars are based on the works of successful individuals including Kobe Bryant, Joe Dispenza, Ed Mylett, David Goggins, Brendon Burchard, and Steve Siebold who have dominated their respective fields and have shared their knowledge through multiple platforms that have been studied by SEND IT ON partners.These trainings significantly enhance personal development, bring forth creative solutions, introduce new ideas, expand knowledge bases, and create a space for learning, growth, culture, inspiration, debrief, and perspective enhancement. Mentors equipped with this knowledge have the practical strategies to not only empower their mentees but also themselves to create a lasting change within their communities. SEND IT ON offers a myriad of international volunteer opportunities. As we continue to expand and build partnerships with global communities, mentors, program developers, mentor coordinators, and key stakeholders are important pillars that we seek to build. In doing so, we provide volunteering and leadership opportunities on a local, national, and global level. SEND IT ON works to understand policy at a local, national, and international level.
